STANDARD INCLUSIONS FOR CLEANING

KITCHEN

  • All Kitchen cupboards are sprayed and wiped with surface cleaner

  • External wipe over of all stainless-steel appliances (dishwasher, oven, range hood, etc.)

  • Cleaning of kitchen sink, benchtops, splashbacks

  • Internal deep clean of over/racks (single oven only) with easy-off cleaner

  • Vacuum and mopping of tiled/wooden floor area

  • Thorough clean of stove top with cream cleaner

LOUNGE ROOMS/DINING ROOMS/BEDROOMS

  • General Dusting to ceiling height

  • General wipe over/clean/dust off of all skirting boards

  • Vacuum all carpeted floor areas

  • Spot clean around door handles and light switches

  • Remove all accessible internal cobwebs

  • Spot clean of walls

  • General wipe over/clean/dust off of all shelves and drawers, inbuilt wardrobes etc.

BATHROOMS/TOILETS

  • Sanitise toilet bowls. Clean basins, baths, mirrors and vanities

  • Clean shower base and fittings

  • Clean bathroom floors, tiles, grout

  • Vacuum and mop all tiled floor areas

WINDOWS

Window cleaning is not a standard inclusion. Please let us know if you require this service. Available for internal and external (if accessible) windows. Federation, French Doors, and Architectural windows are charged at a higher rate.

SPOT CLEANING OF WALLS

Includes minor marks and scuffs only. Full wall washing is at an additional cost.
